Bryan Minor, Product and Application Support Manager
Bryan Minor is the new Product and Application Support Manager on the CASSEL Inspection USA team.
Bryan brings more than 14 years of experience and deep industry knowledge in the product inspection field. Coupled with his previous role operating as our partner in the Pacific Northwest, his understanding of our customers and technology is invaluable.
His focus is on championing a positive customer experience. With his close collaboration with our headquarters in Germany, Bryan is uniquely positioned to provide localized expertise to our US customers. Our goal is to meet and exceed expectations through first-class technical, application, and service support.
With his extensive expertise in CASSEL technologies and product inspection markets, Bryan is already making strides in enhancing the foreign matter inspection experience.
Michael Brandes, Business Development Manager
Michael Brandes is a seasoned professional with more than 35 of experience in the packaging industry, focusing over 22 years in the field of product inspection.
As the Business Development Manager for CASSEL Inspection USA since 2020, he leverages this extensive background to boost business growth in the western US. Michael's in-depth knowledge of the industry and understanding of cutting-edge technologies positions him to best serve his channel partner and customer relationships.
His ability to align customer needs with complete inspection solutions underscores his role as a driving force behind the company's expansion and achievements.
Jill Shearer, Manager
Jill Shearer leads the CASSEL Inspection USA division backed by more than 20 years in the manufacturing space. She collaborates closely with the Business Development Manager and Product and Application Support Manager to drive the growth of our sales and service team.
